Incoming calls to Mast numbers may be experiencing a message saying the number is not assigned. We are actively investigating the issue and will have an update soon.

There was an unannounced configuration change with one of our upstream partners that caused this issue.

Mast engineers are investigating issues with a service that is used to notify customers when an incoming call is a work call -- and updating the call icons for CRM connected users. This is not impacting calls, SMS or logging these in CRM systems.
